1) Scope

This policy covers our website and private-group app features, including member login, viewing admin posts (text, images, videos), and links to external destinations (e.g., Admin Post links, WhatsApp/Telegram). It does not apply to third-party sites or services we link to.

2) Information We Collect

Account data: username/login ID, phone number, password hash, role (member/admin), account status and timestamps.
Profile data (optional): profile photo URL, display name.
Device & technical data: browser/app user-agent, OS version, device model/brand, app version, IP address, approximate region, login counts and timestamps. In the Android app we may store an app-scoped Android ID (hashed) and push token for notifications. We do not collect IMEI or hardware serial.
Usage data: pages viewed, last active time, basic event logs (e.g., login success/failure), and which post was shown.
Content you provide: if you upload media as admin (images/videos/text), we store and serve those files.
Cookies/Local storage: session cookies and small tokens to keep you logged in and improve performance.

3) How We Use Data

Authenticate users and secure the service (login, sessions, device checks).
Show the latest admin post (text/image/video) and related buttons/links.
Send push notifications about new posts (if you consent to notifications).
Maintain security (fraud/abuse prevention) and debug issues.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms/Disclaimer.

4) Legal Basis

We generally rely on: (a) your consent (e.g., notifications), (b) contractual necessity to provide the service you requested, (c) our legitimate interests in running a secure members-only platform, and (d) legal compliance.

Service providers: hosting, CDN, email/SMS, and push notification providers (e.g., Firebase/OneSignal) may process limited data to deliver the service.
Legal & safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, our platform, or others.
External links: Admin links/WhatsApp/Telegram are third-party services with their own policies. We do not control them.

6) Data Retention

Account data: retained while your account is active; deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after deactivation, subject to legal requirements or dispute resolution.
Logs: security/login logs typically retained for up to 12 months (or longer if needed for safety/legal reasons).
Media posts: kept while relevant/active; admins may delete/replace them at any time.

7) Security

We use industry-standard measures (e.g., HTTPS, password hashing, access controls). No method is 100% secure, but we continuously improve safeguards. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone.

8) Your Rights & Choices

Access/Correct/Delete: You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data (subject to verification and lawful exceptions).
Opt-out of notifications: disable push in app settings or your device settings.
Deactivate account: contact us to deactivate or delete your account.

9) Children

This service is intended for 18+. Do not use the service if you are under 18 or if local laws prohibit such content/services.

10) International Transfers

Data may be processed on servers outside your state/country. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections where applicable.

11) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy. We will show the “Last updated” date above.
